In order to regulate our business in our offshore offices, we do offer foreign appointments to the deserving personnel also. For this we filter more honest, dedicated and hardworking entities and offer them opportunity of working abroad according to their desire. Currently there are three types of foreign assignments:

- Short term engagements for specific tasks and return to base
- Longer term engagements as deputationists for frequent foreign trips
- Permanent postings/allocations to our sister companies abroad on Green Card & Foreign Work Permits. Families are entitled to join up in due course. In Pakistan only MTP is privileged to offer this facility to its employees.

The last mentioned process will be continued until we will appoint 100 resources for UAE, 100 resources for KSA and about 50 resources for Ireland offices. So this is another attraction for our employees in addition to above mentioned fringe benefits.
