CareVisit™ manages scheduling and deployment of staff resources for community-based health and social care services. It enables care managers to allocate resources based on known or ad-hoc client requirements. Scheduling can be undertaken as far in advance as required, without time limitation. Staff members are notified of assigned schedules by text messaging as well as by email and online calendars.

The system intelligently links client needs to staff qualifications and specialisms to ensure that optimal deployment matchings are made. Matchings can also be assigned manually. Client visit rosters can be automatically generated and GIS mapping of visit routes and client locations is also supported.
